AP Macroeconomics

AP Macroeconomics is a typical university level introductory course that examines economics from a bird's eye view and helps students make sense of government`s economic policies. Macroeconomics examines the actions of elected governments and central banks that direct inflation, unemployment, growth, and currency regimes.

AP Macroeconomics test is administered around mid-May every year. It has a 60 multiple choice question component and a 3 question free response component, where students are required to write short answers and draw graphs.
