Test of English as a Foreign Language is administered by Educational Testing Services (ETS). TOEFL is taken to gain access to North American and best European universities. A good score in TOEFL is a prerequisite for non-native speakers of English. TOEFL has evolved over time to have different Formats. The latest format is Internet Based Test (TOEFL IBT). TOEFL IBT has 4 sections: Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing.
