Our System

Upon sign-up, each student is assigned a dedicated coach and an academic coach who assess the student's current academic standing, goals, and learning style. Based on this thorough assessment, our academic coaches recommend the most suitable tutors and develop a personalized learning roadmap. Our proprietary matching system pairs students with expert tutors based on subject expertise, teaching methodology, and scheduling compatibility. All tutoring sessions are conducted online via the student's preferred platform, whether Skype or Zoom, allowing for maximum flexibility. After each lesson, detailed evaluations are shared with both the student and their academic coach to track progress and adjust the learning plan as needed. Students who require additional support can be referred to our consulting and college counseling services for a fully integrated educational experience.
